Hi Backers,
I just wanted to give you a quick update that all of the East Coast orders have been shipped out and West Coast orders have started to go out through our Reno facility.
The software we're using to ship orders is not currently alerting backers when their order has been shipped. We're trying to fix this but in the meantime, if you have any questions about your order, please feel free to reach out to us at [email protected].
The good news is that we've gotten notice that people close to Pennsylvania and Boston have received their shakes and some are even enjoying them for dinner.
Thank you for your patience as we get the rest of the orders out. We're very excited to hear what you think. Again, feel free to reach out with any questions.

Hi all,
Just a quick update to say, shipping has started. 130 orders shipped today (about 15%) and the rest are expected to ship tomorrow.
We’re currently experiencing an issue with the order confirmation emails not sending, we’re prioritizing orders going out over fixing the notification emails but expect all of this to be resolved by end of day tomorrow.
Wait? I forgot to fill out my survey!
If you haven’t had a chance to fill out your survey yet, we will process straggler survey once a week between now and December 15th, then monthly afterwards.

**If you've backed us recently, please note that you'll get the survey 11 days after you've purchased.**
When will I receive the shakes and add ons?
Depending on where you are in the country, you should expect to get your shakes between 3-5 days.
Your add-ons will ship separately and will be processed on the same timeline as the shakes.
If you’ve added on a Keto Delivered Surprise Box, you’ll receive the December Box which will ship around 12/17.
If you purchased the Keto Baking Kit add on while completing your survey, it will be shipped out this week.
I still haven't received my reward survey to choose flavors. Help!

Hey Backers,
I’m back in Boston after a few exciting (and quite long) days at our manufacturer. As you know, our vanilla flavor was completed on Tuesday and our chocolate flavor was completed Today.
From here the bottles will go into a 15 day hold to make 100% sure they are shelf stable, then moved to our warehouses in Nevada and Pennsylvania. Once they’re received by our warehouses we’ll have them labeled and shipped to you.
The new expected ship date is 11/18.
I tasted both of the flavors and speaking as a totally biased founder, they’re delicious. Seriously, never trust the founder of a food company about the taste of their products. But even taking that rule into account, I think you’re going to love them.
Backer surveys (where you select your flavors and can update your shipping address) started going out this morning, all of the surveys should be sent by the end of the weekend.
Once you get your backer survey, if you have any questions at all, please email [email protected] and we’ll get you sorted ASAP.
This will be the last of our weekly updates, we’ll update you again in about two weeks when the product comes out of quarantine and again when it ships (unless there is other news in the meantime).

As promised, here is an update on our progress with Sated RTD. And at the end, you’ll also see the updated checklist.
What’s the expected shipping date?
The manufacturing date is still reserved for week of 10/22 which means the expected ship date is still 11/11.
This is our fourth week with no delay and we’re hoping to make it five next week!
What did we move forward?
We have everything ready to get our product manufactured. As previously stated from last week, we sent out our last purchase order for the outer box packaging today and the rest of the packaging is on its way to the manufacturer.
As a reminder, we’re starting to prepare the survey where you’ll select your flavor and give us your address. We’ll send it out once the product has been manufactured.
