Hey Backers,
As promised, here is an update on our progress with Sated RTD. And at the end, you’ll also see the updated checklist.
What’s the expected shipping date?
The manufacturing date is still reserved for week of 10/22 which means the expected ship date is still 11/11.
What did we move forward?
We sent out our last purchase order for the outer box packaging today and the rest of the packaging is on its way to the manufacturer.

As promised, here is an update on our progress with Sated RTD. And at the end, you’ll also see the updated checklist.
What’s the expected shipping date?
The manufacturing date is still reserved for week of 10/22 which means the expected ship date is still 11/11.
What did we move forward?
Our formula has officially passed all of the 4 steps within the approval process of our manufacturer! Now that the formula has been approved, packaging orders are unblocked. All packaging has been ordered.
The pathway from here to manufactured is currently clear. We obviously can’t guarantee that nothing new will come up, but as of today there are no blockers.
We will update you again this time next week!

As promised, here is an update on our progress with Sated RTD. And at the end, you’ll also see the updated checklist.
What’s the expected shipping date?
The manufacturing date has been pushed back to 10/22 which means the expected ship date is now 11/11. The manufacturer is pushing us back to complete additional safety and quality certifications prior to running our product through. We’re obviously of two minds about this, wanting the product both as soon as possible and as high of quality as possible.
What did we move forward?
Our formula has passed 3 of 4 steps within the approval process of our manufacturer. We went over the processing documents that will be used as directions for making and manufacturing our RTD formula/recipe. The final step is their compliance department checking our math to make sure the nutrition is exactly what it is supposed to be. We currently expect a full and final approval by the end of this week or early next.
Restating from prior weeks: State regulators have approved the manufacturing line, all packaging is approved and all ingredients are ready for our manufacturing date.

I hope you had a great Labor Day. As promised, here is our weekly Monday update on progress with Sated RTD. Well “Monday” as in the first day of the work week, I’m pretty sure today is technically a Tuesday. At the end, you’ll see the updated checklist in the following update.
What’s the expected shipping date?
The manufacturing date is still reserved for week of 10/7 which means the expected ship date is still 10/28.
What did we move forward?
The manufacturing line has been approved for commercial production by state regulators. This was one of our two major blockers.
Our formula and the process for manufacturing it are moving through the manufacturer’s R&D, Operations, and Compliance departments. Full and final approval expected this week or next.
All packaging is approved, including all interior and exterior packaging. Purchase orders have been issued, and only the interior packaging purchase order is on hold until final formula approval.
Restating from prior weeks: All ingredients are delivered or staged for delivery, we have a manufacturing run scheduled for the week of 10/7.
We will know more and update you again this time next week!
